Kim is one of the founding members of the company, which opened in 2004. In addition to her role as CFO, Kim also serves as Secretary and Treasurer of the Board of Directors. Prior to B & D Design Services, Inc., Kim served in many accounting and management roles in the real estate and non-profit industries, including financial reporting, tax compliance, risk management, human resources, and strategic planning.

Kim graduated from the University of Texas, Dallas in 1995 with a bachelor degree in Accounting, and in 2006, received a masters degree in Business Administration as well as a masters degree in Leadership and Ethics from John Brown University.

Prior to accepting a partnership position with B&D Design Services, Guy’s professional career included design and management experience at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, E-Systems, Ozark Aircraft Systems, Associated Air Center, and Eclipse Aviation.

Guy graduated in 1984 with a BSAE degree from the University of Oklahoma. His studies emphasized aircraft design and aircraft structures.

Brian joined B & D Design Services in 2007 as a managing partner and project engineer. His career in the aviation industry began as a design engineer at Raytheon Systems Company in Greenville, TX after graduating from Iowa State University in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering. He brought his engineering skills to Associated Air Center in Dallas, TX, in 1999 where his consistent record of exemplary performance encompassed promotions to project lead and manager of the mechanical engineering department. Brian is a proven leader who brings a positive drive for project success to B & D Design Services.
